Upon becoming a member of the YRA team, all riders are provided with a copy of the organization's rules which they must adhere to throughout their membership period. These guidelines cover several key principles.
- Ensuring the welfare and wellbeing of the horse is of the utmost importance.
- Demonstrating a steadfast commitment to appropriate conduct and behavior, both in and out of the competitive arena.
- Regular attendance to educational sessions is mandatory.
- Displaying the YRA logos during shows is expected.
- Wearing YRA branded clothing during educational sessions and clinics is required.
- Riders are also required to include YRA hashtags and mentions in their social media posts and interviews, to promote and uphold the values and principles of the organization.
