Why inspiration matters… Team 19 brainstorming collection

Inspiration propels a person from apathy to possibility and transforms the way we perceive our own capabilities. As recent research shows, inspiration can be activated, captured, and manipulated, and it has a major effect on important life outcomes. Team 2019 riders were called to express themselves during the second education session in Sweden.

“The ability to inspire others is an important skill and it helps to achieve the success you desire” is the final concept that sums up everyone's thoughts; along with the idea that there are some professionals of this sport who really embody the role model. These are athletes who have succeeded in practicing show jumping for many years at the highest level, succeeding in training and in developing an effective business. Because of their attitude, hard work, behaviour, passion, values, dedication and ability to do business. John Whitaker, Marcus Ehning, Emile Hendrix, Ludger Beerbaum, Helena Stormanns, Beezie Madden.

We add few other key concepts:

Inspiration has three main qualities: is evoked spontaneously without intention. It involves in a moment of clarity and awareness of new possibilities. It involves approach motivation, in which the individual strives to transmit, express, or actualize a new idea or vision.

Inspiration is the springboard for creativity. Inspired people view themself as more creative.

Inspiration facilitates progress toward goals.

Inspiration increases well-being.

Therefore, the lesson learned to reach goals is: Inspire and Be Inspired!
