The Young Riders Academy family left its mark on the 2025 edition of Piazza di Siena, one of the most iconic events in the international showjumping calendar and part of the prestigious Rolex Series.
With both current and former YRA riders taking part in the CSI5* and U25 classes, the Villa Borghese arena was once again a stage where talent, growth and sportsmanship were on full display.
Among the many great performances, one in particular stood out:
Seamus Hughes Kennedy, member of the 2024 YRA team and only 22 years of age, delivered a fantastic 4th place finish in the Rolex Grand Prix, one of the most competitive classes of the weekend.
His double clear with ESI Rocky and a smooth jump-off round against some of the world’s top riders confirmed his rising position in the sport.
“It was a great opportunity to be able to jump in Rome. It’s a beautiful city, and a great show... Rocky had a very good Grand Prix. We were just outside the podium, but we're delighted and hope to be challenging the podium and the win in the coming shows ahead.” – Seamus Hughes Kennedy
All our riders brought great energy to the arena — showcasing technical skill, sportsmanship, and progress.
